Major problem is there is no rack that slides to hold files straight upright. Otherwise I like the looks. Delivery came as promised.

As advertised this is not a heavy-duty file but it looks good and is very useful. Though I am pretty old and not agile I was able to bring it inside and finish the assembly by myself. (Despite arthritic hands I was done in under 35 minutes). There were no dings dents or scratches on my file. It does move very easily perhaps more than you’d prefer. It also can start to tip if you aren’t careful to follow the loading instructions inside the file drawer. My easy solution to both problems is to make a habit of laying one hand rather firmly on the top of the file when opening a drawer with the other. I like it well enough that I’m trying to figure out where I could put another one.

I knew the casters were plastic. Hopefully that is not a problem once the cabinet is full and heavy. Overall it's lightweight sleek and functional with the bonus of being on wheels.
