The product works great - easy set-up. The customer service by David in the EC store was "excellent."

I needed an inexpensive 2 drawer file cabinet. I wanted one that did not involve a lot of assembly (because it can make me extremely anxious and annoyed) would ship quickly and did not need any additional hardware to start hanging the files. This fit the bill! The only assembly were the wheels and handles (look at the instructions for the wheels it is easier than it looks at first glance). It does tend to tip a bit when I have a drawer all the way open but for me that is easy to manage.

Disappointed that it didn't come already put together. Had to have nephew put it together. Should have been told at purchase assembly required.

I purchased the wrong one. Didn’t even get it out of the box. Returned and bought what my bookkeeper wanted for my office. Looked nice in store though.

Your employee checked all recent deliveries for the item I wanted. He delivered it to my car and placed it inside all without my asking for his support! He represents you very well.
