Assembly is not difficult. Files fit fine. It was a little dented on the side in the box but I needed one immediately so I didn’t bother exchanging. It’s metal grey has a lock and on wheels so if that’s what you’re looking for it works for the price.

The only issue I see and did not confirm on purchase is the ability or hanger options to put legal folders in vertically in one of the drawers. Does not seem to have the built-in ability for that. Perhaps I can get an insert. The box does say "Letter".
