This filing cabinet works perfectly for the purpose. It is light to lift has pendaflex rims and locks up Dick Tracy Decoder Ring secrets. The handles are 3asy to install even for an old stiff-handed person such as I but the contraption for the wheel fasteners defies screws and logic. Who needs wheels anyway??

I bought 3 of these: 2 in blue which are doubling as bedside tables and one silver-ish one that goes with the office desk. They are nice enough and arrived with zero damage. The shipping was insanely fast: 1 or 2 days. Plenty sturdy enough to hold files. These take letter size hanging files only.

Easy to assemble rolls around without problems and good quality. The wheels are screwed into metal brackets so they don't fall off like the plastic cabinets. I like the modern chrome handles.
