To sum it up in one word - "flimsy". Shame on Staples for allowing this to be sold as a "file cabinet". It uses cheap imitation drawer glides with wild tolerances; the drawers don't even work well when empty! (They swing noticeably sideways.) Load them with any weight at all and they will twist and jam. If your storing anything at all look elsewhere...

I put files it it and the top draw bent and came off the track. Will never purchase one again. Terrible quality.

Looked great and worked well in store. Drawers didn’t slide well when loaded w files. Might work w fewer files.

It looks beautiful but it is very lightweight. I had trouble with the drawers falling of the tracks when the file was only half full. The rollers are plastic and can't hold much weight. I returned the file cabinet because it was not useful.

File cabinet delivered with a dent on top. Can't trust online purchases for quality control.
