Missing the metal plate in back that slides forward to keep files packed. Files at front get hung in bent metal hangers. Drawer does not fully open to access files in rear. Lacks a good 6” of space that is inaccessible. Great price but I will pay more to get missing features!!!

This is a thin inexpensive filing cabinet. Assembly took a while (attaching wheels is difficult) and the item came with a few dents and dings. Overall it was the only filing cabinet I found under $100. I was just looking for two locking drawers to hold documents. In that regard this does the job.

Had to return and exchange item. First was delivered with a large dent in back right corner (no damage to exterior packaging which leads me to believe the product was packaged damaged). I called Staples and had a replacement the next day with no issues. The second file cabinet was in great condition (with damage to exterior packaging go figure!). Only issue that I feel needs attention is the handles. Once attached the handles were very loose and screws to attach were on as tight as they could possibly be. Thankfully we had some washers on hand and were able to use them to get a tighter fit. Would suggest to the company to revamp the file drawer handles or include washers with the screws to attach. Otherwise very happy with this product.

This Hirsch 2-drawer mobile file cabinet is handy and right-sized. It has deep hanging-folder drawers that open and close smoothly. It fits under a work table. It rolls easily. It is priced right. It is a good value and I recommend it.
