Everything was perfect. I had a chance to review it over in the store purchased and it was delivered in 2 days. It is a great file cabinet and the sale price was awesome. Thanks Staples for making it so easy and convenient.

The cabinet is on good shape however the screws for the handles do not fit properly. disappointed.

Poor product quality as the inside bar of the top drawer was either unattached or broken causing the drawer to be inoperative. This goes back to the manufacturer and not the individual store as the box was taped shut when purchased.

Very nice looking and fairly easy to install the casters with 2 screws each. Rear casters need the included brackets to attach to. Sturdy enough with a nice clean look inside and out.
