I am very happy with my Hirsh Industries file cabinet. Although I was told that assembly is easy since it's just wheels and handles it turned out to be a challenge since the rear wheel assembly is strange and the directions were not helpful. The good news is that when I returned with the cabinet to Staples a helpful young man advised that he owned the same product and had the same problem. Even better he offered to assemble the rear wheels which isn't hard if you know what they want you to do. Now that it's assembled it's a very good cabinet.

Does the Job Barely

This filing cabinet is flimsy. You cannot open both drawers at the same time because it will cause the whole cabinet to fall forward. It is not as sturdy as I thought it would be.

a little complicated to put together - add the wheels etc. no tool supplied and you can look at the directions and looks at the parts to see the problem. Finally with the help of a friend we did it.

very happy with this filing cabinet. although it's made of metal with the white finish and the moulding trim-like look on front of drawers it has the appearance of furniture like a nightstand. Daughter is using it as a nightstand at her college dorm beside her dorm bed. Gives her a top to put a cute lamp and charging station for her cell phone and with locking cabinet drawers can lock away her more valuable items when not in her room. Price is great for the value. Highly recommend!
