The file cabinet will tilt forward when the top drawer is opened all the way. This is providing the bottom drawer is not full.

The product was easy to assemble. However the lock unit is not secure and can be easily disengaged. It is very poor quality. I would not recommend this product because it is just too cheaply made. It will keep it because I just do not feel up to the hassle of repackaging it and shipping it back.
