I was a little surprised that it was not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Also did not know that the frame was build in so that I did not need to purchase a frame to hang the folders on. I did buy the frame and when I discussed with online representative she never mentioned that I did not need to buy a separate frame. I purchased one frame would not work so I called again and again I asked the clerk to look at my file cabinet and from her help purchased another frame which I did not need. So I got refunded for the first set of frames but the second set I said forget it not worth the trouble. So I have something that I cannot use but it has been cut so into the recycling bin because I do not know anyone would have a use for. The first and second representatives were very friendly but we even discussed that I would have to get a frame. So for the representatives I would give a 3 for not really looking at the file cabinet that I had purchased. In the future I will not be buying office furniture from Staples unless I am able to go to the store. Thanks a lot!!!

Tips over easily. Limited capacity can be put in draws due to tipping. Not good for files but works well for other storage needs.

Makes my home office look brand new!

My grandkids got me one of these and they looked so great that I bought 2 more to replace some old plastic ones I'd used in the past. These are much nicer looking (think the white color is great) and they actually take up less space than what I had been using. I have all 3 sets (totaling 6 filing drawers) pushed together and they are stunning - not to mention being able to store so much paper work. The fact that they are lockable is a giant bonus.

Not recommended. The look price and functionality appear great but fails to dazzle once home. The drawers stick and sag when only 3/4th filled with files. The drawers do not open or close smoothly. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this file cabinet.
