It arrived with minor dings because it is not built like a tank. The metal sheet is very thin. Not reliable for securing confidential/sensitive documents.

I would have given a rating of 5 except that the instructions didn't specify that you can't use a manual screwdriver to lock in the front wheels. The holes were too small for the screws to go in. I had to get a neighbor to do it for me. Other than that the cabinet is great. I use it to store my unused papers for scrapbooking in folders labelled for different themes.

Overall this file cabinet does what its supposed to. It did arrive with a dent so that is why I am taking off a star. The dent is in the back so no biggie you can’t see it anyway. Regardless for the price I paid it does the trick.
