Problem with assembly

Once assembled the file cabinet is very nice. Assembly only required attaching handles to the 2 drawers (no problem) and attaching the wheels each of which required 2 screws. The 8 screws supplied to attach the wheels were clearly too big to fit into the holes drilled in the metal bottom of the cabinet. I had to use 8 random old screws out of my tool box to get the wheels attached. Once done the cabinet is fine but manufacturer should supply the proper sized screws or drill larger holes for the wheel attachments.

Compact File Cabinet

This is an excellent small inexpensive file cabinet which my wife is using in her kitchen office. The cream surface and the modest height and depth and light weight make it ideal for that location or for the bedroom of a young student. Because it is simply designed the last two inches of so of file storage remain inside the cabinet and are accessed by pulling the files toward the user.

This is a sturdy file cabinet. The casters are a plus for moving from place to place. The color is compatible with most décor and the slight door inset is stylish. Also appreciate that both drawers lock with one key. The only drawback is that the file folders are hard to reach in the last 4" or so as the drawer only pulls out so far. Great that Staples shipped this straight to my home without additional s/h and the discount price was within my price range.
