A light duty file cabinet but that is how it's characterized. Works well. A handle screw would not screw in all the way requiring a washer on the inside. The castors require 3 screws. A number of them would not go in without a great deal of downward pressure.

I’ve just begun putting folders in it. So far seems sturdy enough... not a “heavy duty” metal cabinet. It is smaller and light weight. It can lock. It foes have wheels. All positive attributes.
