Cream of the Crop membership form

I wanted a paper that was dignified in appearance but a color that would attract a reader's attention for use as a membership/donation form. I felt that the cream color was a perfect choice. I printed 2000 forms which were inserted in a newsletter printed on white paper. The cream color was easily spotted and attracted just the right amount of attention for our readers.

Staples' products are great. I do wish they had their brand of white or ultra white legal size paper @ the Banksville Store PGH PA.

I cut this in half and then use a punch to make gorgeous edgings. Nothing more is needed to decorated this to make gorgeous stationery but I have sometimes added ust an initial to personalize it.
