Failure of product

We hung framed tiles on the end of kitchen cabinets about 6 months ago. I came downstairs this morning to find the tile that was on the top face down and cracked on the floor with the hook 3 feet away We will never again trust a 3M hanging product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
