This clear box serves so many uses besides as a hanging file box. I use it to store magazines use it in the trunk of my car when i go grocery shopping use it for my Christmas stationary - boxed cards; green red and gold pens; stamps. stickers Christmas themed letterheads. There are so many uses and the lid is very secure.
