It’s not too big and should last for a year’s worth of records maybe more!

I shared same frustration with other reviewers in finding a suitable file storage container. I settled on this for price and size. What I learned AFTER filling it the LID does snap on once the container is FULL - the files seems to push out all sides just enough to make the lid fit. The kids does not have a sealing gasket but it is good enough to keep things dry and to stack additional storage containers on top of it. I also like that I can see through the gray plastic which was cheaper than other colors when I bought the set of 4.

Not my first choice but I will not pay more than $13.00 for a storage box.

Exactly what we were looking for to store our hanging files. We are moving so this storage may be temporary but it is sturdy enough to meet our needs maybe even long term.
