The totes were exactly what we were looking for. However one tote was damaged in shipping and can’t find any method of reporting and requesting a replacement tote.

I have purchased these file totes for years to store papers craft projects etc. I was very disappointed when I opened this box of 4 up. The plastic material is now very flimsy and fragile. Three of the four were already broken in the corners.

I ordered 12.. one was busted on arrival. The box labels clearly state not to drop and they are very fragile.. not sure if they will actually be good to keep files in but we will see.

Although I do use them for my household files I have found these boxes to be good for other storage as well. When I moved they were perfect for transporting glasses coffee mugs and other breakables and storing the items I didn't need right away. One box holds the Christmas cards I buy on sale after Christmas. They are great and easy to move around as needed.
