I ordered three of these and one arrived broken. Staples customer service was stellar and quickly sent out a replacement. Compared with other plastic file storage boxes. I would rate these as average. The plastic seems more rigid and therefore more likely to break.

Working out well holding up so far. At first the hanging files kept dropping off the sliding rails but after a few files into them that problem has slowed down. We got the boxes to be able to move files back and forth from place to place. fingers are crossed but so far working good
