The price was right for this item because i got a second one for 50% off. My client needed two of them so it was a bargain.

The size 10.8" H x 14.2" W x 18" D allows multiple use with either letter or legal size documents. The rail enables one to place hanging files securely. I am using this to file hard copies of documents for a nonprofit organization. If computer files don't have integrity when it comes time to pass the files to the next facilitator we'll have hard copies to refer to.

For small NYC apartment living this is a perfect fit. Works well with hanging files and holds more than I thought.

No problems with shipping seem to have come from a local store received in one day from order. Lids fit well. Would buy again.
