Ordered a set of 4 to be shipped to me. Wish they were more flexible & less brittle as one of them was very cracked upon delivery. However customer service was quick to send me a replacement and for the price it’s worth it.
Price quality and costumer service are excellent but two out of the 4 containers arrived broken. We had bought the same file containers before and we liked it very much; however they are very poorly packaged resulting in the damage of some of the items.

As advertised and received on time. This was a set of 4 boxes and we discovered one of the boxes had damage on one corner. We took into our local (Bangor ME) Staples store and the manager swapped out for a new one no hassel and with a smile. Thank-you!
