I ordered three of these and one arrived broken. Staples customer service was stellar and quickly sent out a replacement. Compared with other plastic file storage boxes. I would rate these as average. The plastic seems more rigid and therefore more likely to break.

I have to have a clear top to my hanging files so I can have an inventory placed on top of the files and can read through the clear top.
