Card Stock

I really was after two colors of card stock and paper and I wanted them to match or be compatible. I was disappointed that the only true green was not available in card stock so we settled for the school's other color white. I think whatever is available in pretty paper prints should be available in card stock as they sell them side by side. Why else would you do that? I would think you'd want people to spend the extra money getting both when they are unsure which will work. I bought less because the color corresponding to the green paper wasn't even close so I went with white.
I use this for teaching and I try to make my money stretch as far as I can go. I print a lot of games and projects from TPT and then laminate. This is a nice weight paper for my printer and holds up nicely when laminated and used by first graders. I also use this for scrapbooking and printing titles or the insides of cards. It does not jam in my printer and color ink displays nicely on it. As much as I would like it to be cheaper I am on my second ream of the white card stock. I wish I could buy it in all the colors that it comes in. It is a great product.
I'm having a 90th for my dad. I was going to get printed invitations but after seeing this stock decided to buy the 250 pack ivory. Designed to print it 2 sided and cut it in 1/2. You can get matching 5x8 envelope that fits perfectly and it only takes a regular first class stamp. Great cheap solution. I designed an old fashioned theme and was going to print color but was able to just do BW with this and it still looks old fashioned! Got the matching staples envelopes and now I can print as many as I need as I need them.
