I use card stock for card making and this 110 lb CS is a good weight for cards. I have not had any bleed through of ink or makers with this white CS. When scoring a card the "dent" does not tear the CS. When the card is folded you have to use the bone folder to flatten the score line making a smooth fold. With cheap / light weight CS the fold score line splits and frays and it just flattens without pressure - not good! The outer edges of the CS are smooth and truly "square". I use Staples brand 4 3/4 X 5 3/4 white envelopes which match the shade of the white paper. (You didn't ask but the Staples ivory 110 lb CS and ivory envelopes also match.)

I come from a big family so have to send out LOTS of cards for birthdays anniversaries etc. This product is perfect for using with Hallmark Software and produces a high quality card.
