For smooth surfaces only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product in the past but only on smooth surfaces.
I used the clear hooks for stringing up Christmas lights and garland. The hooks kept falling off the walls. My walls are not smooth but bumpy. I tried looking for the smoothest area to place the hooks but they kept falling off the wall.
This product should be used for smooth surfaces only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was at wits end trying to figure out how I was going to hang my daughter's birthday banner that I made. Last year I put it up with double sided tape and it kept falling down. I remembered that I had purchased a few packs of the clear mini Command hooks. They worked so well. The banner was so easy to hang. And, it stayed up!!! I swear by these and plan to use them for my Christmas decorating.

Awesome Clear Clips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Offices were closed for remodeling. Had to move to temporary space and could not hang anything on the walls (ha ha). Used the clear mini clips and feel right at home in my space. Everything is as it should be and when I leave there will be no marks on the walls (yeah!) What an awesome product!!!

Not as strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great product, however I had problems with the strips they are not as strong as the regular strips. The problem I had it kept falling off so, I went and used a regular strip to hold it.

The Command™ Brand Clear line was recently released and while we would expect them to stick to smooth sealed surfaces, we are finding that textured surfaces may make it difficult for the thin clear strips to conform. We would suggest (as you noted) that our foam standard strips be used with applications that require the strip to conform to the surface. We have also contacted you by e-mail to offer replacements and further assistance. Thanks!
