I will not buy this product again

This product used to be great. However it appears that due to Covid 19 and the increase in hand washing it flew off the store shelves and was replaced by a significantly watered down product. Absolutely terrible. We will not be buying this again. EB Eddy made a fortune by removing one match from each matchbox. Watering down this product was a big mistake!
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Easy To Use

I aM very disappointed in the Kitchen Fresh Hands refill. I have used this soap refill in the past to refill my kitchen soap dispenser and always liked it. I bought a new refill bottle a few months ago and just refilled my dispenser. It's terrible. It does not lather and it leaves a sticky residue on my hands. The scent is nice that's the only reason for 2 stars. If it has been reformulated not a good move.

Cons: Poor Lather, Sticky Residue

Avoid buying! Watered down!

The formula changed so that it is less viscous requiring more product to lather and properly cleanse. The liquid is so thin feels like I'm pumping water into my palm.
Cons: Not cost effective, Poor Lather

Excellent option for communal office spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We keep this at our office in the kitchen and bathrooms it is phenomenal and a godsend during high germy times like the flu and colds. With so many colleagues having children and catching different things a soap that helps to stop the spread of germs is so important!! The consistency of the soap is great and given it is antibacterial it is not very drying on the hands. The dispenser is a great shape and fits well by both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The containers are also quite durable which is important when it is so widely and frequently used in our office. I would not hesitate to recommend this to be used in offices, schools, etc to keep your team healthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soap did not have anything positive about it in my opinion. It was to watery as it dispensed and barely made any suds. Its a soap, it should produce lots of suds so it looks like its cleaning. Then I noticed the smell. It was very unpleasant. It smelled more like medicine than anything else. I rinsed and dried my hands and my skin felt to stiff and dry. They were soft but the stiffness and the dryness took away from that. I would not buy it. There are so many choices that work much better.

Felt like washing with hand sanitizer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never not like any hand soap from soft soap; however this antibacterial soap was terrible. It did not have a nice silky lather, I did not feel that it really cleaned my hands ( not that it didn't work) it just did not feel clean. I also felt that the soap dried out my hands a little. It felt almost as if I used hand sanitizer.

I've been a long time Softsoap user but my recent bottles are literally like water and don't lather at all at that! Do not like this watered down version at all, it's useless. Very disappointed.
