Gets the job done.

Good quality rubber bands. I do recommend that you pre-stretch them if you are putting them on something large to improve the elasticity.

Poor choice selection of rubber bands: either A. small pack of thin rubber bands or B. very large [lifetime supply] of large rubber bands. no intermediate size pack or bands available.
