I used this product when I was setting up my office and getting ready for assistants. I am a horrible writer (most people say it looks like a doctor wrote it) so I had to redo every file so that it would at least look okay for others. It looked better than what I thought it would.

I love these labels and used them to create "mailbox folders" for our staff to easily have a process in place to get communication from director, HR, any other department in hospital. I also used them to make customized labels to attach to magnet tape for communication to staff regarding patient isolation status, equipment storage and floor maintenance information.
Pros: Tough, Strong Adhesive, Doesn't Fade
Cons: Tough To Change In and Out

Avery True Block # 8163 2" x 4". does not feed

The Avery # 8163 2 x 4 True Block does not feed properly. I use a lot of this size label and always liked the repositionable labels. I cannot find them at Office Depot where I shop. The True Block labels NEVER feed properly and I feel I am wasting my money. However I do need good labels as it is a requirement for our product.

5366 Label

I am the only one in the office out of 3 co-workers that these labels don't stick well. They are always peeling up and I glue the backside to keep it down and that still doesn't work. I had to replace them all with 5161 that never give me a problem. I tried a new batch of the 5366 labels and so far it looks like it will be more permanent. But why did it work for the others in my office. I tried using the same copier/printer instead of the one I use, and it still did not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having a major problem

There is something defective with the box of labels I got (model 5366, 50 sheets) The labels peel off the backing in three pieces and are virtually useless. It is like they were scored for a different product. Can I get a new box?
