Perfect For Our Needs

We use our shredder for shredding personal and work documents and needed a shredder that could manage our needs while also fitting comfortably in a small space. It’s compact size fit perfectly on a shelving unit we already owned and use daily in our office. While the bin is small it was able to hold all of the shredded paper for one shredding session. My husband’s work often requires him to shred sensitive documents and the shred size was small enough that he felt comfortable shredding work items when he worked from home. My favorite feature is that it was quiet enough to use while my toddler napped in the room next door. I would strongly recommend this for a small office that is used for remote work or for shredding personal documents.

Nice small desktop shredder. Use it for daily junk mail-I only put one piece through at a time to be sure no jamming. I think its pretty quiet and live the “confetti-like” micro cut pieces! I also prefer a basket that pulls out instead of having to lift the heavy top off and figure out where to put it while emptying basket. Can’t be more pleased-delivered next day-very happy! Thank you Staples!

Really useful and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i think this shredder is just right. It’s a nice size pretty compact and does not take up too much room perfect for at home use. I actually keep mine in my living room right beside the couch since it has such a small footprint. It also gets the job and stores the shredded bits in a convenient bin that you can empty at your leisure. For me the bin holds quite a bit for its size just don’t let it get too full or the shredded bits will get everywhere when emptying. Not a major issue just simply monitor how full the bin gets and just empty it a reasonable point. This shredder works quickly quietly and also gives me peace of mind when I throw out my mail since it is is a cross-cut shredder. So much better than the old rip-with-your-hands method and I am certainly not the type to sit with a marker and cross out all my sensitive information. Peace of mind is a big deal and this shredder gives me that without making it feel like a hassle or a chore. Keep in mind it’s not a high volume shredder so don’t get crazy. This is a sleek compact at-home/home office shredder.

My old shredder of many years finally quite on me so I purchased this one because of its small size good capacity and reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier - it works great is VERY quiet and fits nicely just about anywhere. I’ve only had it a few days but I expect it’ll have a good long life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shredder for my home office needs. I’m very happy with it super easy to use and no issues with it jamming or overheating. I shred mail and extra printed pages regularly and never had any problems with overloading the capabilities of the shredder. It is small enough to be kept under a desk and has a large enough bin that I only have to empty it a couple of times a week. It makes really small pieces that are really impossible to make any sense of they seem extra secure. It is about as loud as other shredders I have used definitely not unreasonable in volume. It doesn’t take an excessive amount of time to shred it works pretty efficiently for the size of cuts that it is doing. Overall great unit I’m very happy with how it works.

Finding a small sized paper shredder was a difficult task. Most shredder are big. I needed a small one for on top of my desk to replace my very old one that finally gave out. This shredded was perfect. It even handles more than my old one. I love that it is black and that it is small. I am very happy with this little shredder!!!

Shreds junk mail with ease

Loved the micro-cutting ability quietness of the shredder and the bin with the viewing window was easy to empty. Pretty small size and it can fit anywhere including under a desk. The only downside is the weight - it’s heavy for a small shredder.
