This shredder replaced former item ST62151 - which was much better. This one is low quality, kind of "rickety". Shred pieces are too big. And sensors malfunction. I returned this one because the paper jam light would go on, spontaneously and without any paper. Repeatedly opening and closing receptacle would eventually turn it off, and with luck you could actually shred a piece of paper before paper jam disablemnent would turn on again.

So far, so good. The noise level is so much better than our old shredder. Love the small footprint.

Perfect for Home Use, I like that the top is heavy and you can slide the box out to empty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s collection bucket day s to small and must be changed frequently. Plus now it stops every few shreds and I have to turn it on and off constantly.
