Online order easy to complete. Email kept me informed of the processing and delivery of order. Prices competitive. Pick-up in store timely. I did need to load boxes into my car myself - inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I ordered 4 different colors - the blue was a bit off shade to me - more of a purple/blue. It looked like a regular blue online but I guess it's hard to capture exact color.

I will be returning them. I ordered blue and the box says blue but the folders are purple. They are to be used for a specific project and must be blue.
