We use these folders to give tenants buyers and sellers copies of their documents as well as additional information. These are not heavy duty folders but hold up well to keep up with documents. They come in many colors and are very affordable. We have been using these now for over 2 years.

Not as sturdy as the ones I usually purchase in store. I thought I was purchasing the exact same folder but I guess I wasnt. The 25 pack sold online is way flimsier. I'd rather pay $5.99 for 10 because the quality is better.

These folders were used for press materials for a press junket to a country known for the purple orchid. The folders were in perfect keeping with our Junket theme.
