The quality and color of the paper is 5 stars but I gave it 4 stars for Staples not having the paper available to buy in store which was a pain for me when I had a last minute order to do.

Order to pick up at store-Need a "frustrated button"

Went to store to purchase paper that used to be stocked but was not. Ordered in store and had to make another trip to pick up. When I got email that paper was in made the trip to pick up and when I got to store I was shuffled to three different people none of whom seemed to know where the paper was or seemed to care. When I talked to store Manager and told him I received an email that told me merchandise that I already paid for was here at his store he said that email came from "Corporate" not his store. He finally looked in a cabinet and retrieved my paper but acted as though he was doing me a huge favor. I'll look elsewhere for my needs in the future.
