Great to use as dividers to separate papers and other sections of a binder or project. Great for sue on posters to make things stand out. Permanent markers glide easily on the paper and when displayed on a board or on the wall the bold color draws others attention. I wouldn't use this for children to scribble on leave that to inexpensive construction paper. Best for use when you need to organize and/or subdivide piles of paper or need a colorful touch to a poster or presentation that will be easy to read for the general public.
Great for use on anything that needs to stand out for that "pop" that grabs others attention. Used this to make my posters stand out and with a black permanent marker even the elderly and those with vision problems can read the posters. Also the bright yellow makes it easy to separate sections of paper or to make covers for 3 ring binders that need to be labeled. It can also be used to wrap a small gift and for children to make their own special scrap books or pictures. Much better to write on than construction paper.
Only gave this product 3 stars because it wasn't quite what I was expecting color-wise. Yes it is Staples Bright paper but this is definitely BRIGHT! It's really a neon color. Much brighter than in the picture. This is a sturdy 24 lb paper that works great for programs newsletters or anything you want to put on a heavier paper. Just remember that if you are looking for a 24 lb paper and it has the word Bright in the description it really means neon bright! Everything else about the paper is great; the weight no curling easy to copy both sides etc.
When printing program books for our 4-H members I like to use a variety of colors so each different page stands out on its own. We can just look for a specific color to find a certain topic page. I will mix the brighter colors with pastel colors for a mixture.
I use a large variety of colors during the 4-H year. Use a different color for each different page in program books. Makes it easy to locate specific pages fast. It also brightens things up. Easy to recognize certain papers in my files also.
