As a teacher using different colors of paper helps keep me and my students organized. When I send home letters on colored paper the letter is more likely to be seen by the parents because it stands out. When working with specific grade levels on a performance I tell the students that anything coming home on a specific color of paper will relate to that performance. My school used to provide colored paper for the teachers but now only white paper is provided for our use. I teach 6 different grade levels so it does get expensive getting colored paper.
Your paper line needs pastel colors in 24 lb weight! You have pastels in 20 lb weight! The 20 lb is too light for folded program handouts for church. The paper is great if you need "bright" colors. I bought it because it was all you had.
I purchased this for my homeowners association so that notices would be more easily identified. If I hadn't been being reimbursed for the purchase I don't think I would have spent the money.
This colored paper WILL get your attention! It can be used for any number of various projects - and wherever you choose to use it it WILL stand out. However this Light Yellow color is not so overpowering that it will obscure any message that you write on it. For that you will have to choose one of the many other of the Staples Brights available in the stores. I have used several of the colors to get attention and have even sometimes combined them in the same documents. The 24 lb. weight is heavy enough that you can use them as a cover page.
