Perfect Product

This was exactly what I needed to laminate manipulatives for my media center. The thickness was perfect for durability and aesthetics. Using the 5mil thickness does dictate the use of a paper cutter but it's worth the investment for centers that will last forever. The edges are pretty sharp but my students don't seem to have any trouble at all using the playing pieces and I work with K-5. I would definitely recommend this product to any teacher who is trying to preserve their learning games.

We use about 1 pack per month. We need them in both Sales and Operations. Staples Thermal Laminating Pouches are the best that we have found and continue to use them month after month.

I bought a $20 laminator at a local teacher supply thrift store and needed laminating sheets. I was surprised at how expensive they were but wanted to try out the machine and needed to laminate items for my classroom. I loved how stiff and sturdy the lamination was compared to the school's lamination machine.

Thick sheets work well for stiff presentations but tend to leave a small air gap right next to the paper that's laminated. We like the 3 mil better for most projects -- less of a border of air around the paper. Still good product.
