I have always been a bit apprehensive when considering both a laminating apparatus and pouches but I pressed forward with some determination and was completely delighted to find that the Fellowes Laminator is completely self-contained and noiseless while the Staples (5m) Letter Pouches made a strong clean and wonderful protection for all the items I want to save. In fact I not only used the pouches for 8 1/2" x 11" sheets but I also cut up about 18 small rectangles containing various wallet-size messages placed them into ONE sheet of the letter-size laminating pouch and made a wonderful assortment of cards for carrying in my wallet. The bottom line is I love using both the laminating machine and the thermal pouches. Completely effortless protection!
