Every time I laminate sheets of paper they come out crinkled. This never happened with any previous sheets. I thought it might be too hot so I adjusted the setting then it would not seal. This has never happened before with this brand or any other brand. It has proven to be a waste of money.

These pouches work great. Nice and clear. (I would have done 4.5 but) I gave it 4 stars because several of them were wrinkled and unusable. I would expect maybe the first couple on top to be wrinkled but these were in the middle of the pack. It was odd. The rest of them worked great.

So enjoyed using the Thermal Pouches by Staples. They were thick enough to be sturdy and went together very easily. Made my process much easier. I would definitely suggest the purchase of this product.

Not sure if I just got a bad batch but two of the boxes that I ordered did not stick together. Laminator was hot and worked just fine with other pouches from a different brand but when using this brand the pouches did not stick together. Only had one box of them that actually worked.
