punches sheets well however handle jams

the locking mechanism broke and fell apart in less than 1 month Also when you punch sheets rapidly the handle jumps pass the roller under the handle and you have to reset it.

Love it! I reduces the time involved in preparing large volume documents approximately 3-fold. Easily punches holes in 10 - 40 sheets of paper with the pressure needed to open the refrigerator door.

I've had this for a few weeks now and it works well. My wife and I have no problems using it for various job sizes. I use it for both work and personal uses. It handles the specified volume quit well. Much better then those cheep $7 models you can get. Even if you only use it on small numbers it is superior.

I got this for a job on 20lb paper that would have taken me around 2 hrs and given me a very tired hand & wrist. With this the job took about 10 min. What a great product! Well worth the price. It cuts the holes very cleanly and easily. The only thing I can think of that would improve it is if the paper guide locked into position; it can be moved out of position very easily so if you need a very specific setting it needs to be checked frequently.
