I had already broken two whole punches when my boss broke down and bought this one for me. It has held up very well so far and is super easy to use!

This 3-hole paper punch will punch up to 45 sheets of paper with ease. No jamming and you don't need a lot of force to punch the holes. It also has a handy easy access tray for disposing of the punched holes. The only other thing that could improve this punch is if it could be made large enough to accommodate legal size paper and punch 4 holes. Other than that a great product and very easy to use.

the distance in between holes do not line up to the binder rings so the pages do not lay in binder the correct way. we thought that was adjustable but apparently it is not. we now have to make a double punch to create a bigger hole manually
