My daughter loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 1st grader and she loves it! She has had watercolors before but none that have glitter! She uses it to "glitterize" her artwork, and she even creates whole pieces with the glitter colors. The product is very washable and does not make a mess. The colors show up really well on any type of paper we use. This is great for a variety of ages!

Nice Paint set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this metallic paint set with my 4 year old daughter. She loves anything glittery and sparkly so she was very excited about this pallet. The colors were vivid and bright on the paper and she was able to easily brush with this set. Clean up was quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter used the Ticonderoga - Watercolor Washable Metallic Set. The colors are good as far as darkness. I don't see a metallic look to them. Did take a lot of wetting to get them working. Washes off nicely. Container is easy to open and close.

Great water colors

Some good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I I like that the little paint squares can come out so that you can replace them or have others share them whole more than one person paints. They feel a little bit like a gel and not hard and powdery. I like that they colors are pretty watercolors, just want them to be a little darker as some are way to light and need several coats. The brush although I like the pointed tip, the strands separate too easily because you have to push a little harder on the brush so that you can see the paint. I would buy this for my kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy watercolor painting and this set has been pretty to use this time of year. I am using it for fall and winter art. The glitter is fun but very very subtle. If I have a bright light shining on the paper, I can see it. Otherwise, the glitter is not obvious that it is there.

Good consistency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and i recently did some Halloween decor over the weekend and i thought this would be a great idea for her to use painting a pumkin on paper. Mind you she is only 2 and this was her first time using watercolor paint. We had a blast. I really like this watercolor paint because it provides a lot of color consistency vs "colored water". She did make a huge mess which was fully expected but i had a very easy time washing it off of her, the floor, and table. The colors are vibrant. The pallet can be easily pulled out of the pan to clean and put back in. And the paint brush worked fairly well considering it was being used by my daughter who is 2.
