Great Quality Markers with a Minor Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really pleased with the Staples Duramark Tank Markers. Overall they’re bold reliable and write incredibly well. I used them for labeling boxes creating signs and general office use. They performed consistently across the board. The chisel tip is a standout feature. It offers excellent control letting me switch between thick and thin lines easily which made writing both precise and legible. The ink is sharp bold and doesn’t smudge even on slicker surfaces which was a huge plus. What I liked most was how clean and professional the writing looked. Whether I was jotting notes or labeling storage the lines stayed crisp and didn’t fade or smear. The only downside was that the cap doesn’t stay securely attached to the end of the marker when in use. I like to keep the cap on the back while writing for convenience but it kept falling off which was a bit annoying. Aside from that small issue this is a fantastic set of permanent markers especially if you need a large quantity for work or home use. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Markers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These markers are excellent. The color is a bold and dark black that it can be seen from a distance. The ink from the markers comes out really nice and does not bleed or blend into the paper. I like that the tip of the marker is pointed so the precision in which I write can be different. I use it everyday at work when writing on posters and it really makes me words pop out.

low odor quality marker with a precise tip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I found my new favorite permanent marker! This is a quality product that is full of low-odor ink and I am very pleased with what it allowed me to create on paper. The design of the marker is thick and substantial which allows your hand to control it well. The chisel-tip gave me the ability to write in three different widths (fine medium and bold) and that was great for practicing different curves and strokes. The ink bled through thin white printer paper but it did not bleed through the grey card stock I used to design. I used them to create a calligraphy drawing of the words “Staples Duramark”. This was a large 36-pack of permanent markers and I did not have use for so many at my home so I gave some to my daughter’s teacher and she was thrilled. Great product!

Good Bulk Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Staples Duramark markers are a solid buy especially getting so many in one pack. Overall I'm happy with them – they get the job done. The chisel tip works well letting me make broad strokes or use the edge for finer lines and the black ink is definitely bold and easy to see. I've mainly been using them for labeling storage bins and marking up cardboard boxes for moving. What I like most is the value and knowing I won't run out of black markers anytime soon!

Great multipack of markers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the Staples Chisel Tip markers for science fair projects and other projects with my son’s kindergarten class. The markers have worked great. The markers come in a large pack and last a long time. The chisel tip is great because the kids can get it to be both thick and thin lines. The ink is very bold and easy to see. I would recommend.

Work perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished through a few of the staples duraMark tank markers and I am super impressed. The markets write a perfect black with no streaks. In our office we have the markers uncapped for chunks of the day and we find some brands dry out fast. These held up perfectly. I also appreciate that when you erase them the black ink completely fades leaving no trace. They really work super good and I will absolutely be recommending them and continuing to use them.

Great Permanent Markers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While at first glance the Staples Duramark Permanent Markers were not what I thought permanent markers "should" look like by the time I put it through it's paces these markers won me over. These are great workhorse markers and the design continued to impress me the longer that I used them. Due to the structure of the cap and the base this marker can confidently be placed either upright or upside down without the marker falling or tipping over. My favorite part of the marker is that the cap can also be snuggly placed into the base of the marker (making it look a little like a rocket to me 😆) which means that you don't have to worry about losing the cap. The strong durability of the entire marker also means that it would take a lot to break any part of it. Once I figured out the ultra fine tip (you have to write with it "backwards" at least the way I would think to write with a marker like this) I did see a definite differentiation in size between the three tips. Even so I will probably write with the fine or the chisel tip the most. Speaking of the chisel tip I LOVE it. It is so easy to get a big bold black line with it something that you can only get with markers that have angular tips like these do. Honestly the ink looks pretty bold however you choose to write with it which is great for labeling. The markers also wrote equally as well on multiple different surfaces paper plastic and cardboard. When it comes to permanent markers I mostly use them for labeling things boxes bags etc so these worked great for all of the mediums that I need to use them on. Unfortunately as with all permanent markers there is that permanent marker smell that accompanies it but it wasn't too bad. I didn't really notice it until the marker was pretty close to my face and I am someone that is pretty sensitive to odors. Overall I would give these markers a 10/10. Highly recommend. They have earned a permanent place in my office that's for sure!
