It is exactly what I wanted and was looking for. The first cabinet was delivered within 24 hours but was dented too badly to open the top drawer. I'm sure it was dropped at some point or something dropped on it. It still had its protected foam and stuff inside so must have been a hard hit. Regardless I still give this 5 stars because Staples brought me another one and took the dented one away within another 48 hours. I never had to drive to a store. I got exactly what I wanted within a total of 72 hours. Driver was great too.

Good value but has ridged drawer bottoms

I bought two of these for infrequently accessed files to add to my Hon and Anderson Hickey cabinets from prior years. The drawer glides are just as smooth the lock is one that you turn rather than push in (the push-in types broke after 10 years or so) and it looks like the others. It has a W-shaped thin tube insert for the drawer divider instead of a rectangular piece of metal but the Hon has switched to that too. The only change I see is that the bottoms of the drawers now have ridges about every 3 inches. It kind of helps the folders from sliding once the drawer is full but when I try to push the folders together it makes it more difficult to slide them. I looked at these in the store and I think the Hon had smooth drawer bottoms. I bought Staples brand because with the sale it was $100 less per cabinet.
