Delivered twice with damages. Rather flimsy sheet metal.

It was a decent sized cabinet but it was delivered several days late the first time and it was dented on 2 sides. I asked them to replace the item and the replacement was delivered a week later with worse dents. I returned the second one too. Very bad service for a chain that big!!

This cabinet holds a lot of paperwork and helps to free up space in my workroom. I like the locking feature for when I am away from home. The drawers slide smoothly and the opening lever is large for grasping with one hand. I shopped around and found Staples price to be the best.

It took a while but we finally have a filing cabinet

After a few days of hits and misses with the delivery people we finally received a cabinet the problem was it was damaged and unusable. After some phone calls and emails we did receive an undamaged cabinet and we now have filing space in the home office. This thing is pretty basic but it is functional and does what we want. Not exactly pleasing to the eye but we weren't looking for something chic and tasteful. For the price it's not too bad and it holds a lot of files.

This is a sturdy cabinet that is also attractive - if that matters. A little taller than the same 4 drawer locking cab. from another office supply store and a little sturdier too.
