Completely functional!

The color looks more like putty than gray. The drawers work well. The lock works. It came dented. The box was not damaged; suggesting that it was damaged at the factory prior to having been boxed. This has me question the quality control at the factory. However the file cabinet works for what I need.

Great customer service at Staples in Reynoldsburg! Very helpful with making the purchase. Product good quality and arrived as expected. Only disappointment is in the color. They call it light gray but it is really more like putty. Does not blend well with the area I am using it in.

Great no-fuss file cabinet

File cabinet looks good (gray) is sturdy (first one bought about 7 yrs. ago and no problems; just purchased a second one this month) fits plenty of home related files and works very nicely in a cramped apartment. Drawers open/close smoothly keys/lock fit and work nicely files (not included) hang perfectly. I thought the price was high ($200 including sales tax but free shipping). Delivery was on schedule and courteous and the cabinet (and packaging for what it's worth) was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this cabinet for light-to-moderate home filing needs; as needs grow one can easily get another. This is also a four-drawer version so it is easy to mover around (when empty) and easy to store/use/reach the top of the cabinet. At a lower price I would have bought two this time.

It was hard to find a product that Staples had in stock but this is a really decent 4 drawer locking standard letter size filing cabinet. I wanted one for home to lock papers valuables and my laptop and the depth certainly helps. Very decent quality easy locking system locks all 4 drawers at the same time it comes with 2 keys. Packaged nicely and easy to remove from the box. Would buy another one if I needed it in the future.
