The drawers come out smoothly. It is a good size at the 26.5" depth over the 22" depth. It is a better buy with the added depth.

Drawers open easily & all drawers lock. I also like the extra piece that keeps the drawers closed so they won't open on their own.

This is a good quality 4 drawer file cabinet. It comes out of the box completely assembled which is a huge plus versus some competitors that I looked at. It came with 2 keys and all 4 drawers lock and was available in store and I did not have to order it on line or via phone. The sale price made it very competitive versus higher priced models at other stores. In addition I receive the Staples Rewards for the purchase. A store employee quickly retrieved the cabinet from the back room and rolled it on a dolly to my SUV and I helped him lift it into the vehicle. I would highly recommend this cabinet.

Once we finally got the cabinet it serves the purpose well. It took almost a month and many phone calls to get it delivered. Every day I would get a notice that it would be the next day. After this went on for 3 weeks I finally called and it was expedited.
