Went to Staples to purchase a 4 drawer file cabinet for my home. The staff was very helpful but I was so disappointed that I could not take home the cabinet that day. The staff helped me order the cabinet on line at the store I paid for it at the store and was told the cabinet would be sent to my home without extra charge for delivery. Was very happy when my cabinet arrived on time. The cabinet is sturdy and suits my needs exactly.

My cabinet arrived 9 days ago--we cannot open drawers 2 & 3.Neither can any friends who dropped by the house and tried. We ordered the larger cabinet even though we really wanted a 22" cabinet because it was on sale for $80. less. When the cabinets are on display in the store solidly next to each other it's hard to tell how big it really is. This is WAY too large for us.Now--how do we get this back to you???
