Removing drawers a nightmare

If I never had to move this file cabinet or otherwise could avoid taking the drawers out and putting them back in (loaded) then this file cabinet would earn 4 or 5 stars easily. The drawers roll nicely open and close correctly and have built in rails. All great stuff. The problem comes when you have to remove and replace the drawers (particularly loaded). They are hard to get out and even harder to get back in. Removing them requires rotating the black tabs inside the rails in opposite directions (not intuitive) which requires considerable talent from those of us who only have two hands. The Hon procedure is simple and easy. The rail design makes it easy for the drawers to literally fall right out of the rails during installation. There is no reliable way to reinstall the drawers quickly and easily. If one drawer falls out of its rails it can cause lower drawers to fall out of their rails even when they're completely installed and working 'correctly'. The frustration nearly made me take it back (despite being many years old) and replace it with a Hon. When I finally did get it all reassembled I thought the world would be better served simply warning everyone else about this design flaw. Outside of disassembly and reassembly this is a decent product. For the reassembly difficulty alone I simply can't recommend it.
