Almost identical to brand name cabinet but less expensive. I compared both side by side in the store and there was no noticeable difference except the price.

This black file cabinet works beautifully and I expect it will continue to do so esp because I also bought a roller base for ease of movement. PS:When I opened the cabinet box I found the top corner dented but since it was the last black file cabinet available I kept it.
