Once I got my filing cabinet at home and set up I was most pleasantly surprised and delighted at the ease of operation of the drawers. I had shopped online and reviewed other brands at much higher prices but decided to visit our local Staples and buy there since they had one in stock. The clerk was kind enough to take the cabinet out of the box (not an easy task) to show me that there were no dents before I loaded in my pickup. Many reviews on line remark about the inconvenience of a dented cabinet having to be returned. I am so happy with this cabinet and wish I had bought one sooner.

The product arrived on time and just what I needed. This one has features I really like. I find Staples my "go-to-place" when I need to update/renew my office supplies. They not only have the supplies but have a staff and manager who know where everything is and are willing to help you find what you want. What ask can you ask for? I know I can't.

This file cabinet doesn't have any mechanism to hold files upright. Don't buy unless you're planning on using hanging files.

Love the versatility of being able to change 1/4 of the refrigerator from freezer to refrigerator (or vice versa). Lots of drawers make it especially accessible.

Nice medium weight file cabinet suitable for SOHO use. Easier to move around empty than the heavy duty file cabinets. Fast delivery well packed arrived safe and sound. No instructions of any kind. Lock good but not high security. Would purchase again for my SOHO use.
